Service Manager (Day Programs) | 6-month Fixed Term Contract

At ConnectGV, we're connected, to purpose, to people, and to possibility. Due to an exciting internal promotion, we're on the lookout for a passionate Service Manager to join our team, and lead our Day Programs to make a real difference in the lives of people with a disability.

In this role, you’ll:

• Inspire and guide a dedicated team
• Design and deliver programs aligned with participants’ NDIS goals
• Foster strong participant engagement and family relationships
• Lead service coordination, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Champion quality, inclusion, and operational excellence

What you bring:

• Leadership experience in disability, community, health, or education
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
• A positive mindset, a strategic lens, and a people-first approach
