What you’ll do

  • Lead a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver outstanding residential care aligned to each individual’s NDIS goals
  • Coordinate staff rosters, support planning, medication, and daily operations
  • Build trusted relationships with families, participants, and community stakeholders
  • Drive quality, compliance, and service innovation
  • Work across a 24-hour, seven-day roster (including sleepovers)
  • Participate in the on-call roster (shared across the leadership team).
