The opportunity

We are looking for a switched-on individual to help bring our stories to life while keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes. You will support internal and external communications, contribute to social media and promotional content, and provide high quality administrative support to the CEO, Board and senior leaders.
No two days are the same, and your work will genuinely make a difference.
What you will be doing
- Helping create and share internal communications, newsletters and staff updates
- Supporting social media, website content and community engagement activities
- Preparing branded promotional materials and event content
- Providing executive and administrative support to the CEO and senior leaders
- Coordinating meetings, calendars, correspondence and records
- Assisting with Board meetings, the AGM and Annual Report
- Providing reception and front of house support when needed
Some after hours work may be required for Board meetings or special events.
About you
You are organised, creative and people focused. You enjoy juggling priorities, have great attention to detail and feel comfortable working across all levels of the organisation. You are confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools, communicate clearly and handle confidential information with professionalism and care.
