  • Base rate $125K-$140K based on qualifications and experience + superannuation + not for profit salary packaging

Today, we’re an organisation with an annual turnover of approximately $12 million and a workforce of around 160 employees, while remaining closely connected to the community we serve.

We’re now looking for a Financial Controller & Manager Corporate Services to join our leadership team and help shape the next chapter of our organisation.

This could be the ideal opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, Management Accountant or Financial Controller who is ready for more in a for purpose setting.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead our Finance function, overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance and financial controls while providing trusted financial advice across the organisation.

You’ll also gain exposure to broader corporate services and work closely with the CEO, Executive team and Board.

It’s a broad role. A hands-on role. And importantly, we don’t expect you to have done every part of it before.

We’re looking for someone with strong foundations who is ready to step up, develop and grow with us.

We’re looking for someone who

Is an experienced finance professional who is ready to take greater responsibility and step into a broader leadership role.

You’ll ideally be CA or CPA qualified or nearing completion, with strong professional accounting experience and sound capability across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance and financial controls.

You may already be leading a finance function, or you may be a strong senior finance professional ready for the opportunity to do so.

Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who can work collaboratively, lead people, solve problems and turn financial information into meaningful business decisions.

Experience in the not-for-profit, community, NDIS or health sectors would be valuable, but what matters most is your capability, potential, leadership style and connection with our purpose.
